Before Co-founding PacEast Management Group, LLC, Chris retired in 2022 as a Lieutenant Colonel in the USMC after 22+ years of service.  While in the USMC Chris was a supply Officer and Material Management Officer.  Throughout his career he was responsible for contract requirements aggregation, contract package creation, funding attainment, and once the contract was awarded by the Contracting Officer (KO), contract management, execution, and maintenance as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or occasionally as an Assistant COR (ACOR).  By the time he retired he was the COR or ACOR on 26 contracts and 7 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) over his career.  

He has a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from the International Six Sigma Institute and his degrees include a B.S. in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a M.B.A in Material Logistics Management from Naval Postgraduate School and a M.S. in Biological Sciences from Clemson University.  He is also an advocate for small business and is on the National Leadership Council for the National Small Business Association.
