Before Co-founding PacEast Management Group, LLC, Freddie retired in 2008 after 20 years of service. While in the USMC, Freddie was dedicated to Aviation Logistics, which led to a career as a contractor within the industry, and expanding to Ground Logistics, while working with prominent companies.

Freddie is a highly accomplished Global Logistics & Supply Chain Analyst/Consultant and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership candidate with regional and global logistics and supply chain program analysis, budgeting, and program management; skilled in analyzing complex data and developing strategies to impact long-term strategic direction and sustain the competitive advantage by controlling costs, eliminating waste, and improving logistics, supply chain, and material support management programs, and instrumental in developing dynamic, collaborative, and ethical teams that align with business strategies.

Freddie has a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Dynamics Research Corporation. His degrees include a B.S. in Management Studies, a Minor in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland, Asia, an M.B.A from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a certified Internal Quality Auditor for ISO 9000 from the Stat-A-Matrix Institute, and an Executive Strategic Leadership certification from Liberty University.
